We traveled around 12MN trip I remember we ride on Farinas Transit near UST last October 18 2008 the fare cost 550 per head. We just bring some handy foods and water and juice. We have 3 bus stop but we are asleep during the travel to have enough rest to tour the city of Laoag. Around 6am we reach the Farinas terminal in Laoag. We take our breakfast in McDonald’s Laoag near the terminal their we freshen up ourselves to star the tour city. First we reach the Sinking Bell but unfortunately it was closed they said that it was a church then it sink until the Bell was only the visible thing.  After sinking Bell we tour around the city by walking seeing their calesa as mode of transportation their markets full of their delicacies.

After we tour the cities we went to Paoay Church we just ride a Jeepney to reach the church we explore the church Paoay Church also known as St Augustine Church it was really a historical Church a must be a visited church the facade of the church is really amazing. We also go to the Bell church which is located near the church the stairs is made of wood first im afraid to reach the Bell church but with the help of tourist guide I reached it. In Paoay there are children will tour you on the church and on the church bell and help you take pictures and help you find good things to buy in their place especially the chichacorns, the woven bags and other things made of their products in a cheap cost. Chichacorn in paoay are the best buy :)

After a tour in Paoay Church we went to Marcos House or The Malacanang of the north from the church we ride a tricycle to reach the Malacanang of the north it has an entrance fee amounted to fifty pesos for its maintenance. In the House you can see the Paoay Lake it is nice to see you can have a relaxing feeling while seeing that view we also tour the house and some of the things are in their natural state. The tables, the chairs, the bed, even the rooms and the picture of the ancestral are it’s in their original state.

We tour the house with other tourist who visited Ilocos the house is highly maintained by the Ilocanos.

After Malacanang of the North we ride a Trike to bring us to the city again their we eat our lucnh in Laoag city we taste their delicacy the Empanada it was good:)) After a Lunch break we went to Batac where late President Ferdinand Marcos was buried they say its His body laying down their the room was fully airconditioned to preserved the body pictures are not allowed inside.
From Batac we ride a Bus line the Florida Bus line to Pagudpud it takes two hours travel from Batac to Pagudpud luckily we fnd that bus the fare cost only 75 pesos. At the bus we take a rest for the next tour the Pagudpud tour. From the bus we just ask the driver if they now some resort where to stay they refer us to Polaris Resort its near Saud Beach. The resort was pretty good for only 1,000 pesos per day they also serve food for your convenience. The room that we occupied was pretty cool it has 2 beds single and double it has its own CR and shower room it has dresser and the amenities is also good. We completed our day by swimming in the beach because the resort where we stay is just along the beach front we take our dinner in the resort it was a cheap dinner but its served good food we ate liempo, grilled bangus, chopsuey and fruit juices.

The following day we woke up  early in the morning to see the Sunrise. It was cold we ordered coffee in the resort with pandesal and egg breakfast was so good:)) Around 7am we get ready ourself for the tour first we went to Kaibigan falls. It has a trail and we have a guide to reach the falls while walking through the falls you will be fascinated with the place the trees and the mountains that sorrounds. The small  river that you will cross the water was so cool and clean.  Around 8am we reach the Kaibigan falls it was really fascinating the waterfalls encouraged you to swim in the water and to splash with it:))
